All discrepancies and claims must be reported to Illume within 10 days of receipt of goods. Please check all items within shipment. We allow one complete claim per invoice. Returns are not accepted without prior approval, and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee plus freight. Claims on single items $50 or greater in value may require photos supporting the claim to receive full credit. Because most Illume merchandise is handcrafted, there will be some variations in color, texture, and finish, as well as slight irregularities. These are not considered flaws or defects.
